    Keep in mind that the Board composition has changed significantly since they took this action against Vin.

    Some of the seats that have changed...
    (Then -> Now)
    Stephanie Hightower -> Willie Banks
    Bill Shelton -> Chris Pasko
    Sam Germany -> Trisha Myers
    Mickey Carter -> Kristie Killough-Ali
    Jackie Joyner-Kersee -> Dolf Berle
    Steve Miller -> Erik Kynard
    Jeff Mlynski -> Mitchell Garner (Jeff resigned a few months ago, this one is very new)
    + add Jeff Porter as AAC Chair now has a seat
    Not sure I got everyone, might have been some AAC changes I missed.

    The Law & Legislation Scorecard that has been posted shows 9 proposals from David Greifinger. At this point, 3 have been passed by the committee, 1 has been tabled until next year, and 5 are still being discussed.

    The almost final L&L scorecard shows five of David Greifingerís proposals passing and the remaining four being tabled until next year.

    What may be his most important item - calling for arbitration in some disputes - is slated for passage.
    Also importantly, some other proposals that he almost certainly opposes are not going to pass.

    The Law & Legislation Committee recommendations goes to the delegates at the final general session on Sunday morning. More often than not, the delegates accept all of the recommendations, but occasionally an item gets pulled for floor debate and a vote.

    PVP also has some proposals to increase transparency among other things and while she is not getting all of it through, got a significant one approved - requiring the Board to record its meetings.

    No, not that I know of. But apparently he coaches and Coaches Advisory elected him to represent them on the board *shrug*
