I知 tired of talking about Salazar, doping et al.

What was your favorite performance this year? I知 not really asking about what the highest IAAF score. That may be the case, but what astonished you?

I値l go with the men痴 shot put at the WC.

Kovacs, Muhammad, Naser, and even Warholm's 46.92 was amazing as well.

Men's SP, w400h (a very close race with a WR, why is the men's 400h better than this race, even the time was not particularly good given the competitors, whereas in the w400h we got the #1 and #3 performances ever, and almost 1 and 2).

I agree. This was one for ages and the essence of competition, dreams, hope and possibility.

Thank you. I just read SI article "A Brush With Greatness". I used to love SI but now they are so commercialized. This article was very informative but most of us old timers knew about it.

Your favorite performance of the year
5000 Men Final in Doha: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vpFE3ckB2AI

I am 1500m person but this one was a great gut race.
