    Dunno about the IAAF but Rhodesia was expelled from the IOC in 1975.

    EDIT: South Africa was expelled from the IAAF at its 1974 congress and there was a proposal to do the same to Rhodesia, but since there was no one present to represent the Rhodesian association the move was tabled until 1978. I donít think it was ever taken up because the Rhodesian government was nearing its end by Ď78.

    It would be very sad for the neutral athletes if they could not compete in Tokyo.

    Lasitskene has been begging the Russian Federation for some time to make changes and clean up their act and make changes.

    A nice change of pace from the tone Isinbayeva took four years ago.
