    5, x W, road/track.

What was the net rise or drop from start to finish for the entire 15K?

The link provided by Master403 (thanks!), then clicking on Gidey's name, leads to a fantastic page that shows all of her kilo splits, along with a course-elevation map.
First 5K is mostly uphill, rising about 56 meters: 15:07
2nd segment has a net downhill, but also has two climbs, leading to the highest point in the race, about 64 meters above the start: 14:36 (her track 5K PB is 14:29.xx)
3rd segment drops back to the starting elevation: 14:36

Her fastest 5 kilos add up to 14:19.

    Cheers,

Gidey's track 5K PB is actually 14:23.14 from 2018 (Rabat Diamond League), though one suspects at this point she (or her shoes ) would be capable of significantly faster. So whether it be 14:23 or 14:29, perhaps not that relevant anymore.

Apparently not on a track because I don't believe she (or anyone else right now) could run that fast. So I'm guessing the course was either miss measured or too much down hill.

She would have to average just under 14:47 5K's 3 in a row! Another way to say it...she'd have to run a 29:20 10K and then continue on for a 15:00 5K...or a fast 30:00 10K split then run a near WR 14:20 5K. I don't believe it.
Is she sponsored by Nike or Adidas?

Presumably Gidey is sponsored by Nike, but I couldn't find anything specifically confirming that on the interwebs. In her world-best 15K she was wearing the same new pink Nikes (the Next% or whatever they're being called) that all the top-flight sponsored Nike runners have been wearing in recent races.
