    He never won a global title (Olympic or World) on track. (And has not even competed at World Indoor, if I am not mistaken.)

    The claim of Kamworor being the "most versatile" runner ever becomes even more far-fetched if you include women. The likes of Kristiansen and Radcliffe had periods where they enjoyed great success at track, x-country and road.

    I am happy to accept that Kamworor is the top all-around distance runner at this time.

    What of the Bekeles and Gebs and ... etc with ranges from 800/1500 to the marathon, some with multiple XC Golds as well.
