I guess that I will start it since we have now hit the peak of the Regular Season (i.e., before Conference Weekend, Regionals, and the NCAA meet).
The biggest race of the year, the Nuttycomb Invitation was run 'in' Madison and there was both a lot that was expected and a bunch that surprised.
NAU dominated the men's race even without a strong runner; they think of themselves as a 10k place, so it is not going to get any closer. Stanford was a very respectable second, even with Steeple Champ Fahy finishing 78th. However there were major downsides for Syracuse, Oregon, Notre Dame and Virginia and NC State with a DNF! with upsides for a number filling those gaps, but especially Tulsa and UCLA. The favorite won and did so handily, but second was 1500m man Olli Hoare taking second (he was ranked about 20th).
Arkansas, with four of the top nine, was clearly the best of the Womens teams and looks a good bet to finish off a Calendar Year sweep (Indoor/Outdoor T&F, XC). New Mexico do not look capable of challenging with Cohen not yet racing after Worlds Steeple, with Kurgat 17th and Kelati, the big favorite, second. Oregon was again a disappointment along with lots of company in NM, Utah, Syracuse, Oregon St, UCLA, and Iowa State. Individually, the big favorite was Kelati, with Warner (Ark) and Monson (Wis) expected top five. Last year Monson ran Kelati down in the finishing straight -- this year she ran her down a mile+ out and won going away, unpressed and even relaxed the last 50m.
Tomorrow is Pre-Nats at Indiana State but only a third of the top teams are there and they are spread across two races. The last several years the Mens and Womens Team and Individual came from this Invite with a single exception.

10-19-2019 03:43 AMNot sure what the question means. When Vin said that arbitration is Monday, it is about USATF and them having a 'temporary' president (or whatever) in place of Vin. He is challenging their authority to do what they did. Is there a different arbitration that would be key for Vin?
