From the Press Conference in Monaco: 9 Continental Tour meets for 2020 announced with 1 more to be added, hopefully on a 4th continent. The DL events cut will be staged together at least 4-5 times (both men and women) through the Tour and will be given the same world ranking points and wild card as if they were DL events. The Hammer and 5000m will also be part of the tour. Full details to be revealed "hopefully by the end of the year".

    Tokyo
    Nanjing
    Ostrava
    Hengelo
    Turku (I think?)
    Kingston
    Hungary (guessing Istvan Gyulai)
    Silesia
    Zagreb

My guess would be Chorzˇw, where the 2021 World Relays will be. It's also where the Skolimowska Memorial was this year, and the WA release says that that's the meet that will be part of the Continental Tour.

I just realized--somewhat to my surprise--that Berlin isn't listed. Wonder if it'll be site 10?

Oer maybe they just don't any part of whatever 'rules' come with the appellation. They probably could have been a DL from the get-go; it certainly was one of the better Grand Prix meets back in the day.
