    I think the 4x2x400 relay is a good idea. It gets 800 runners involved, and it’s interesting to watch. But there should be a set order: (M-F, F, M).

    I agree....seeing those women 50 meters in front to chase down is a big incentive...otoh it will be far more entertaining to watch....so sounds fine...
