Did you see her in the mixed 4x400 final? She may not have much relay experience but clearly she's a quick learner. She probably set a WR for getting out of the exchange zone. lol

I think the 4x400 taught her that she has the foot speed fo go out fast and keep going fast for a full 400 lol. She was so behind in both of those relays she had to run and run really hard on her legs. And she was running from behind for all those races so she was probably going fast from start to finish.

She probably hates the thought of running an 800 but I bet she'd be damn good at it.

    Did you see the collision??

I don’t think I was over doing it.

She wasn’t expecting it whatsoever. Looked to create a whiplash effect.

Quarterbacks take hard hits all the time & walk away without injury. Doesn’t mean that the hit wasn’t hard.

EDIT: ok 26, I watched it again. Maybe it wasn’t quite as bad as I said initially. Lol.

naser seems to be used to being over-used by the bahrain federation. at the asian games in 2018, she ran all 3 relays, in addition to the 400! at the 2019 asian champs, she doubled in the 200/400, plus all 3 relays again!

Because of those two mixed 4x4 rounds, I would have not been surprised if Naser had been off the podium.

Even with a silver or bronze, I would have always wondered if she would have placed higher if she hadn't run the relay.

But after that result, it looks like the relay may have actually helped her

Congrats to Naser on that win and also to SMU on that AR. Words fail to adequately describe what happened on Thursday night in Doha over 1 lap of the track. The others behind PBs left and right. Up and down the race was speed!

    Tour de force!

Her split in the mixed final was just 49.2. Compared to her individual run, it was a stroll.

I think that PJ's make more sense because it did not seem to me that SMU was a bunch ahead at 100m (0.3 seconds ~5.5 meters/18feet).
