49.43 for Muhammad in what the Gold feed said was her first 4x4 carry since.... 2010!

Granted nobody pushing Jonathas on anchor....but going by those splits the only one who did what I thought she could was McLaughlin.

Old news: 400H runners on a 4x4 relay = money in the Bank.

Great to see them get a chance to show how good they can be.

I agree. They would have won regardless, but If Jonathas ran first, they would have been closer to traffic. Amazing run by all these ladies! Sydney really showing what she is capable of.

Jamaica lost it on the 2nd leg; Tiffany James (who also ran poorly in the mixed relay) gave up a lot of ground. Jackson had to start from behind, and Święty-Ersetic always goes out slowly and finishes strong in situations like this; and she had the advantage of drafting behind Jackson most of the way.

According to Twitter, it was 50.2. Very consistent splits from all Poles: Baumgart 51.1, Wyciszkiewicz 50.1(!), Hołub 50.5, Święty 50.2.

Jackson went out too fast and burned up her fuel too soon, passing Swiety and Nielsen in the first 150m.

49.6 for Jodie Williams. I hope she has a good crack at the 400 in the future.

I think that the first leg was faster and the second one slower, by 0.3-0.6.
