Makhloufi and Engels both looked pretty comfortable in semi 1.

Engels has learned well from Centro: hang, hang, hang . . . SPRINT!

So does Lewandowski in semi 2. If the final is slow, watch out for him.

Centro just squeaks in as a time qualifier.

Musagala, Souleiman, Tefera, Blankenship out. All three Brits in.

Lewandowski has a good kick, but I think he needs to be closer to the lead in the final with 400 to go.

    3 Scots in the final!

Although Wightman's mother ran for Wales & his father for England.

All qualifiers separated by less than 0.4, despite being non-tactical. Anyone remember anything similar?

Both got personal bests in the semis, but neither made the final.

They both had 3.35's during the season...don't know why they posted that.
