Thrilled to see Holloway win this and continue a great career that caught fire back in his Grassfield HS days in VA when he won two New Balance indoor hurdle titles and broke the HSR.

user4 is flying wtihout instruments when it comes to these issues. Ill say one thing, asking anyone in that final to race again is asking too much.

There really needs to be a tightening of the rules regarding hurdlers going out of their lanes. Only a stiffening of the rules can put an end to this nonsense.

If Irina Shevchenko didn't get a rerun in 2004, I seriously doubt that Ortega will get one.

Would your opinion be the same if it was Holloway who was in Ortega's position?

According to Spanish media, Spain are appealing for a re-run, no decision yet.

I guess we just dreamt that Roberts beat Holloway at both the SEC and USATF

Agree with jazzy on this, plus cyclists have teams supporting them, and the peloton draft allows them to rest at various parts of the race - much more so than runners
