The most surprising thing about winning marks in Doha is that all in-stadium distance finals were so fast. Not a single slow tactical race. With two more to go today, I wonder if that trend will continue.

Congratulations to Atticus who maintained his leading streak to win the competition he didn't realise he was competing in. That takes real talent!

    There's even a prize!

Yes, gh has agreed that, until the OG, he will give Atticus an extra three seconds deliberation before wielding the ban hammer on any unfortunate postings. That has value beyond measure.

Thanks to everybody else who had the courage to commit themselves, I hope it was a bit of fun. Let me know if you want to do it again.

I will provide some more breakdowns of the points over the next week.

Thanks El Toro for taking your free time to even compiling all this data into a competition! Was really interesting to follow through the championships, especially how the distance races were completely off what many people predicted!

Thanks again El Toro for doing all this.

    Congratulations to Atticus!

A solid mid-table placing for me, never threatening the leaders but never flirting with the dropzone either. Can't complain too much!

Yes, I'd definitely play again. How about World Indoors in March?
