09-16-2019 01:15 PMLevchenko looked great in Minsk. She may not have the upside to threaten Lasitskene at her best yet, but the point is Lasitskene isn't looking her best at the moment. It could be a question of training cycles, but her jumping in Chorzów looked totally off her normal standard.

09-16-2019 02:00 PMAnd in the Women's walks ...
- Who can spoil the Chinese party?
- What event will Hong Liu choose, 20km or 50km? She's the WR-holder in both but would probably "only" share the title of favourite in the 20km with current World Champ Jiayu Yang and the Tibetan, Shenjie Qieyang.
- Can 19yo Ecuadorian sensation Glenda Morejón back up her stunning world-leading debut in the 20km? Could she or Erica De Sena, or maybe even Sandra Arenas, become the first South American woman to win a WCh or Oly race walking medal?
- Will we get the second sub-4 in the 50km? Hong Liu to break her WR (if competing)? Or maybe Maocuo Li or Eleonora Giorgi?Last edited by LuckySpikes; 09-16-2019 at 02:08 PM.

09-16-2019 03:20 PMI didn't notice anything, but I might have missed it.
In any case, it's not just that Lasitskene doesn't have quite as much spring (which could be explained by her being in heavy training), but her jumping is more inconsistent with misses at low heights in both Minsk and Chorzów.Było smaszno, a jaszmije smukwijne...
