    Not sure I would describe the Skolimowska Memorial as an obscure meet, even if the m400 didn't have a particularly strong field.

    Gardiner has handled the rounds in past championships. I don't see it being a problem for him in Doha. If anyone has to worry about rounds, it might be Kirani James. He is just coming back from Graves Disease, and going through rounds could be an issue for him. Especially, if he has to run under 44 seconds in the final to get a medal.
    I don't think the Kamila Skolimowska track meet is obscure at all!

    Is competing non-obscure meets a prerequisite for handling rounds at Championships?
