Nice win by Joshua Thompson in Berlin.

A while back I predicted that Joshua Thompson would do well as a pro athlete and his strong finish 3rd place at the USATF meet showed promise. Then noticed today that he went to the Berlin meet and won the 1500m over a good field in 3:35.01. Way to go Josh.

He beat: Jinson Johnson, Cornelius Tuwei (PB), Brimin Kiprotich, Brannon Kidder, Ismael Debjani, Ryan Gregson, Izaic Yorks, Nick Willis, Ferguson Rotich (1:42 800 man), this last in 3:37.97 SB. Jinson Johnson's time was a NR (India) 3:35.24.

Tuwei has run 16 800s this year, counting heats. He was the pace-setter in the Stockholm 1500.
