Entries are up. Everyone you expect who qualified is here, making for some very stacked fields in every event. A few notables qualifiers are absent though.

    M 110mH: McLeod
    W 100m: Thompson
    W 5000m: Dibaba
    W HJ: Cunningham

Why is there a random 400m hurdles at the end?

And McLeod chose Berlin over this?

Maybe he felt like he wanted a less competitive race that he "knew" he could win to boost confidence, rather then tangle with the heavy hitters before he feels he's truly ready?

That's an understatement. All the events have (what I consider to be) all the medal faves:

    mSP
    wDT
    wLJ
    wPV
    wHJ (-VC)
    m400 (-Cedenio?)
    w100 (-ET)
    mDT
    m3000St
    m200
    mTJ
    110H (-GH, McL)
    m1500
    100H
    w800 (-Alemu?)

the m5000 and w400H seem to be C-events

plus the field of the meet, the w5000

And, in what has become almost an annual treat, we get to see not one, not two, but THREE Borlee brothers tangle in the (national) 400.

Managoi scratched, replaced by Engels. He should get the olympics standard.
