Does this mean that she is not eligible for the 400 (and the 800...)?

Officially it doesn't mean anything. But unofficially you can draw your own logical conclusion.

Sure seems to answer the obvious question. Here's wishing her well.

18.99 & Atticus have it spot on; officially we know nothing, but we should wish her well regardless.

Agreed! I wish Seyni the best of luck in whatever event she competes in.

Now the next big question is, what sort of improvement will we see after a full year or two of focusing on the 200m? Sub-22? Sub-21? Current PB is 22.89.

If she ran a sub-21, that would only lead to the 200 being added to the restricted list.

Sub-21?! I'm afraid that would prompt an inquiry that would quite likely lead to complete banishment, pending further testing of the required inhibitors that have been repeatedly spoken about.

The inhibitors are not required for distances below 400m.

As you are aware, only 6 women in history have broken 21.7, and only 1 is sub 21.6. She could certainly go sub 22 with a full season of 200 training, but until she shows consistency in the low 22's and high 21's, thoughts of a WR are premature, in my opinion.
