Now it's a cat-and-mouse game of how fast Seyni improves in the 200m over the next year or so, vs. if and when the IAAF will act to add the 200m to the list of restricted events if dominant performance levels indicate a need for that.

Hopefully this will be settled before Tokyo. Or maybe it needs to blow up big in Tokyo, like a sub-21 in the final, to convince the world and the CAS of the need to implement the testosterone restrictions across all events.

If Seyni has sub-21 skills, me thinks she would have been faster than a 49-second 400 performer.

Seyni can't run sub-21 now, and maybe not even sub-22. But with less than 3 years of training so far, combined with the XY high-T advantages, there's likely a whole lotta potential for improvement after specializing in the 200m for another year or two.

If Seyni can run 21.9, she can run 46.9. I don't see that happening.

If Seyni defeats DAS, you be sure that the lawsuit will be expedited.

She most probably can't run either right now, but considering how little experience she has and how fast she's beeen progressing, it's likely to happen at some point.

I think you meant 20.9. If and when Seyni reaches 20.9, 46.9 would also be possible. But not now.

Also note that without the IAAF's intervention and removal from the 400m, Seyni probably would have run sub-49 this season.
