    If they wanted to give her a chance to compete in Doha contingent on a favorable result at the hearing, she should have already been in Doha with the team. It wasn't a criminal case or big-money lawsuit, and she had a lawyer there to speak on her behalf, so they shouldn't have required her to be physically present for the hearing.

    If she has to participate, let her do it by some kind of videoconferencing, perhaps with a JAAA official with her on the video call to swear her in or whatever.

    Did it contain any other substances one might usually find in some cold medications though, such as Pseudo/ephedrine or methamphetamine? Those are the typical gotchas often found in OTC medicines that require a TUE depending on concentration, IIRC. If it did, she should have declared it anyway, but I cant remember what the brand name of the drug she took though!
