    In 2004, over three consecutive months, Mottram ran:
    13:10.47 PB
    13:03.37 PB
    12:55.76 NR

    In 2005:
    13:04.06
    12:56.13

    In 2018, after CWG, McSweyn ran:
    13:20.21
    13:05.23 PB (7th alltime AUS, 1st non-Mottram)

    This year he opened with 13:05.63 (8th, 2nd non-Mottram).
