Rather than discussing the Fantasy Game, let's talk anout the FANTASTIC fields!

Many of them have ALL the Doha favorites in them

    wTJ - all but Ibarg
mHJ - FINALLY Barshim and Bond reemerge. This should answer lots of ?s about this lackluster mHJ season!
    mPV - everyone!
    wJT - everyone!
    wSP - everyone!
w400 - Naser but no SMU or Seyni
    m800 - everyone!
wSt - everyone (but no Frerichs)
w200 - SMU and ET but no SAFP
    mLJ - everyone
    w1500 - everyone PLUS Hassan
    mJT - everyone!
    w4H - everyone (WR again?!)
m100 - Everyone PLUS Lyles (no CC)
    m5K - Everyone plus TBek.
m400 - Still no Samba, but Rai and Warholm is enough. Samba condition?

No watching this on DVR - this one's gotta be live (TV and Gold).

Kszczot is missing! So, they don't have everyone in the men's 800.

Kszczot withdrew from the nationals due to food poisoning, so that's probably the reason he's not doing Zurich, either.

Neither Kszczot nor Lewandowski had enough points to qualify for the finals. Kszczot had no option to "do" Zurich.
    Everyone qualified is entered.
    Cheers,

He's part of Team Europe in the 800 for The Match.

Yeah, well, most people would have thought the same before the 2017 WC. He might not be as fast as he was a few years ago, but tactically, he's absolute master class.

While I agree with that, if he can't keep a hot early pace, he can't position himself to kick successfully.
That said, with the right pace, and the right positioning and the right guess as to when to launch the kick, he could WIN! That's a lot of if's though.
Cenrto did it in the 1500 at Rio!

Agreed! Kszczot is having a better season this year than he did in 2017, leading up to the WC. And his record in WC 800m Finals is very good. IMO, the only thing keeping Kszczot off the podium this year is the final going 1:43 or faster.
