I din't know. I always assumed that was standard protocol with every head football coach at flagship universities.

Alabama could have lost to a high school team with their first loss and the reaction wouldn't have mattered...

The trooper thing is definitely a Southern thing....at least being so obvious..they don't do it at Oregon...

Anyways...quality loss or not....Oregon shouldn't be playing non conference teams like Auburn...

    The four play off teams
    1. LSU
    2. Clemson - assuming they continue on and win as easy as it seems they will
    3. Oklahoma

But if Wisconsin beats OSU then who will be #4?

If that happens, it seems to me that Baylor has a very strong claim, given Georgia and Utah both got smashed, and how can you select OSU over 2 loss Wisconsin. However, a long way to go in OSU v Wisconsin

Easy - Ohio State beat Wisconsin earlier in the year, and did not lose to Illinois.

If Wisconsin wins the top 4 will be, in order LSU, Clemson, OSU, Oklahoma.

A Wisconsin win should mean there's only one choice for final team and that, of course, is Baylor.

Baylor lost to one team, one of the playoff teams, and by 3 in one game and in OT in the other.

Primarily the defense. For the most part the offense has moved the ball well, and but for a fumble in the red zone and Fields overthrowing Olave in the end zone this would be tied even with the D giving up almost 200 rushing yards.

Definitely a few halftime adjustments needed on the defensive side, and a few less missed tackles.
