I am far from an expert in proper high jumping form, but it seems to me that Sawe does not have much of a bend in his back when he reaches his apex. He seems to be doing pretty good just off of raw talent. How much more height do y'all think if he had someone work with him on his form?

Kenya should have done something for him years ago. He is 31 now and has been around for a long time but did 2.30 in 2018. All kinds of problems technically.

Guess it's hard to find a good HJ coach in Kenya.

Hopefully, his success will draw others into the event (for the sake of steeplers everywhere....). If they can find another Irish cleric to take up the role of coaching jumpers, Lord help us.
