IF repeat IF he missed the three tests on purpose, I proclaim him both guilty and stupid.

IF he missed the three tests but not on purpose, I still proclaim him stupid.

And there is a price to be paid for being guilty and/or stupid.

Which leads to the $64,000 Question: is it likely there's any way this could all get adjudicated in time for him to compete in Doha, or is that almost assuredly now out the window?
Law dudes at 20 paces. I would have to imagine that USATF will be rather strident in their defense of his starting position if he is vindicated, even if it's past some deadline.
My argument would be - just because you effed up in your accusation, doesn't mean my guy should have to pay for your mistake.

The only way I see that happening is if the tester(s) went to the wrong place.

    Unlikely...

If he comes up with some lame reasons/excuses for his absences, it will remind me of the old saying we used to say back in high school:

" And the farmer took another load away... and from the smell, it wasn't hay."

My favorite bumper sticker: "Stupidity should be painful".

Curious that 11 passed tests should get so little fanfare when compared with 3 missed tests

I agree, to a point. It depends on the timing of the misses.

The number of people with dozens of passed tests and yet turned out not to be clean is not small..... so it's hard to excited about passing only 11....

With microdosing you don't need that big of a window to be clean...so I'm surprised there isn't more talk of intentionally missing the tests instead of absentmindedness.

Well, I don't get any praise when I stop at 11 stop lights, but there might be consequences if I ran three stop lights. As there should be.

How many of those 11 tests were out-of-competition?
