She said in an interview that she's running both. But I don't know if Elaine Thompson is also doubling.

The London DL today didn't clear up the picture much, and you can't assume much from one meet . . . but

m100 - Blake looks better (overall) than Simbine.
    m1500 - Tefera slides
    m110H - chaos (Shubenkov recovered?)
mHJ - hot mess: Ivanyuk shouldn't be favorite. Bondarenko? Starc's stock rising.
mJT - another hot mess, which German will emerge?

w200 - Okagbare notta looka so bono
    w100H - D Wms does slide into the fave's role f'sure now.
wLJ - Where does Brume fit into all this?

SMU confirmed she'll only run the 400m in the BBC post race interview. SAFP was very funny about her performances at the 200m and what I took as a less than positive view towards double her usual distance!

DAS looked good and ran a solid race overall for second and could medal in both sprints in Doha, where she comes depends on what Thompson does in my view, with the 200m remaining her better chance.

Daniels and Bryant could be finalists but I don't see top 5 for either of them. Pinto looking great under Reider's training.

No sign of Tori Bowie as yet to see if she'll be a factor or not.

Especially considering that the meet was in Birmingham. :-)

Just for this year? Holloway tired, long season. Or Roberts from this point on.

They're both bad-asses, but Roberts was in a class by himself in Iowa.

The 110H, being what it is,
Going pro, being what it is
Competing in Europe, being what it is
Training for the WC, being what it is

I'll give him a pass today. He and Holloway can go 1-2 (in either order) if the pieces fall into place - the talent and speed are already there.

Their career is in the future, WC 2019 is an appetizer.

Agreed. Doha will be the end of a looooong season for both. No such issues next year.
