    I tried to pose this in the Boling thread. Is there anything that tells us that a 10.4 HS kid is going to be more than a 10.3 college kid? Conversely, is there anything that tells us that a 10.11 kid is not going to be a 9.8 pro?

    If there was, I would assume college coaches would have figured it out in their recruiting. Development is weird and wonky.
