I have to ask a question here, what do you think I meant by "very unofficial"?

I have to assume that they were. If not, those World Junior records can't be ratified by the IAAF. That would be a major embarrassment, to say the least.

    According to the Team Manual:

    10.ANTI-DOPING CONTROL
    11.
It will be carried out in accordance with the rules of procedure for the control of doping of the IAAF.

Wow just researched Justin Robinson! He ran 45.04 at this meet and earlier 44.84! Kids faster than Obea Moore!! 10th fastest American and 19th overall! Forget Boling this kid is incredible! What does 43.7 as the last leg in a relay convert to?
