    #1
Three world U20 records, four golds.

Women ran 3:24.04 with Holmes, Harris, Holman and Davis (49.7 split).

Men set WJRs in 4x100 and 4x400.

Women won 4x100, set WJR in 4x400.

    Not a bad weekend.

And yet, in just a few short years, they'll all have forgotten how to pass the baton as senior athletes . . . sigh.

About time this thread went up hopefully it will get changed to just the USA Team ant Pan Am U20's as a number of other amazing things happened at this meet besides the ridiculous times that the USA relay squad put down.

Anna Hall sets a new national high school record in the women's heptathlon with finally breaking 5800 points with a score of 5847 and a new personal best of 2:10.11 in the 800 meter run the final event of the heptathlon.

Yes some good performances. More than just the Bolong show. Would love to know more about the relay splits.

So Boling ran on the 4x400 as well?
That means 4 Gold Medals for him at these Championships.

    Very unofficial for the women:

    51.76
    51.21
    51.46
    49.61

I'm using the flotrack recorded live feed and some capture software to get these, the men don't have a complete race yet in the feed, picking it up after Boling gets the baton. Didn't bother to break it down.

you can't get 100th-second splits off a TV screen

I'm just giving what the software says, using EagleEye which was heavily promoted by USATF about a decade ago. Also captured the live stream using techsmiths snagit software which indicates I was using a computer and yes I do understand that you're not getting 60fps from a livestream. It did look like the software was giving me 20fps where I usually get 10fps off of a live feed but that is why I put the disclaimer very unofficial results at the start of the post.
