    Sounds like the invite process has started. A couple Finnish athletes were invited per this link (Finnish).

    Just like to add I'm a Nigerian athletics follower and according to the Athletics Federation they have received an e-mail that the 4x100 mens team have qualified to Doha. They are are currently ranked the best of the "not qualified teams" hence I assume a relay team must have pulled out.

    A number of Russian athletes have been denied an opportunity to compete as neutral athletes in the upcoming Word Champs. Seems to me they rejected all who served a ban in the past, plus many others like Natalya Pogrebnyak. Had she stayed in Ukraine she would have been eligible, according to IAAF assholes.
