What's the story with Zach Ziemek? Are they going to select him, is he healthy? Or wait for an invite for Williams?

I am guessing that he is injured enough that he has shut down to make sure that the Olympic campaign is not compromised by reinjuring himself in Doha. This is based on what William's father told me the evening after the competition (Day 2), not on anything that I have learned (which is nothing, and I have not been asking) from ZZ's group. I will note that the UW T&F/XC Twitter feed has not said anything about him going to the WCs but has had things on Kelsey Card [but not stating specifically the WCs], who was Second in the DT.

Interesting update for you guys: Cuba has not selected Yorgelis Rodriguez and Adriana Rodriguez for the hep in Doha, which means Chari Hawkins has a good chance for an invite. Evelyn Aguilar, who also was ahead of Hawkins, is out with an injury.

So his spot should devolve to Ben True, yes?

British team named. Biggest loser was Charlie Grice, 3:30.62 at Monaco, but 4th in their NC in a race won in 3:48+. Martyn Rooney was named to the 4x4 pool, despite a SB of 46.42 and finishing last in 48.00 in their trials.
