If you can read the language, it has a vague explanation of sorts.... I think. Google Translate is rough.
The translation isn't too bad, it captures the gist of the article. Slovenian national by the name of Satler was supposed to be an author of those death threats. He denies it, claims that his Facebook was hacked.

I had not seen that!! Hacked Facebook is BS, he made the same threats last year too.

Not many people talking about this, I assume because they forgot to translate it:

Caster Semenya will compete on Sunday.

No, unfortunately she won't. She has been invited but later declined because of the short time (the meeting is tomorrow) she has to fly from SA to Morocco.

She said (via her agent) she would have but the flight from SA to Morocco takes something like 20 hours (probably there isn't anything direct) so she would probably arrive too late. BTW, I think Semenya could win that one even if she arrived directly on the track.

Now that's being denied (see story on front page). In fact, she ran Tuesday evening in a meet near Paris. Paris to Rabat is an easy nonstop. There are conflicting stories here, and at this point, I'm not sure what's going on.
