The lowest qualifier is 5.71 and just over a dozen have cleared 5.80 (the auto-qual mark?), so a starting height of 5.60 seems fair (not that I have any idea how they determine OH/progression - there must be a protocol, yes?)

Id love 5.61-5.76-5.86-5.96-6.01-6.06-6.11 . That way we get a new meet record. Or a 5.62 start so we can get a new wr in the progression. Wishful thinking but ya never know!

Given that the Oly standard is 5.80, and we have maybe a slightly stronger field than 2017, maybe I would go 5.50, 5.65, 5.80, 5.90, 5.95, etc, or 5.55, 5.70, 5.80, 5.90, +5, though I don't know what meet records and such they are also trying to hit.

There really aren't that many guys who can clear that height consistently, even in good conditions. Perhaps the top half dozen do. For everyone else, it's hit and miss.
