Watching a great 3rd round today brings up a great golf trivia question (bambam should know).

Who is the only golfer to win a PGA tour event with zero bogeys for the four rounds? The answer is a well-known (to us geezers) player.

I know the answer however I leave it for others to take a guess.

As an aside, is there a sport which is broadcast that Joe Buck can't ruin? Golf may be his low point and he's not starting off all that high.

NO!! Why in hell is a major golf tournament on FOX? They suck way beyond their politics!

Can we leave politics out of any rejoinder to a comment I make. Frankly, if a comment regarding Joe Buck sent you in anyway down that road, you need to reassess.

Really! (not that I had a clue, and I have followed golf (not really closely, but close enough) all my life (Dad - Happy Father's Day - did follow it closely), so here's a hint to the answer: my dad never knew what to make of this guy - didn't seem to take it all too seriously - which is why so many liked him.

Fuzzy Zoeller - matches Atticus's clue and I played with him a few times?

And at the Quad Cities Open (?1977) Fuzzy set a tour record with 8 consecutive birdies. I was playing in the group ahead of him, and on the 17th hole, he drove the green (Fuzzy was very long before his back injuries), and while I was waiting to putt, his drive rolled between my feet.
