    VAR has really changed officiating...the Tottenham-City semi-final showed that....and the rules are clear...however they are new....June 1....

    Definitely off the line....good call...

If you VAR all the penalty kicks during an EPL season, I'd say you could call that foul AT LEAST 30% of the time. Everyone cheats; it's part of the game.

On each of the two penalty shots, French players were clearly over the line and inside the Penalty Area before the shot was taken. Isn't this illegal ?

So was a Nigerian player on the first.... more penalties! Then in the second...more over the line! Like a nuclear chain reaction....penalties creating more penalties....

Wait until a knockout stage game goes to penalty kicks - every single kick will get reevaluated, and then .......

Probably.....Everyone will get the hang of it eventually....with the women being the guinea pigs in this experiment.... I don't think it's a coincidence this rule came into effect 2 weeks ago....

At least give the goalies a small box to play from rather than a thin line. On the other hand, most coaches can't figure out how to stay in the coaches box, so maybe that won't work either.
