It's going under the hurdles that is the hard part.

Chelimo withdrew from the 3000. Has decided against a 10,000/5000 double at USATF, didnít get the 10K qualifying time in Stockholm and had some Achilles issues in Stockholm. Reportedly in Kenya for a training block.

Ten minutes after the race and they're still removing the hurdles? C'mon man!

Mondo' s hips WAAY high, but short on the standards. He didn't look as quick as he usually does.

    Meanwhile, Sam is perfect.

Wait, what? Syd won? How is that even possible when just the other day on the telecast from Rome the experts said that Muhammed, Little and Carter were the 3 hurdlers who had locked up berths on the US Team for the World Championships? I don't get it. But all seriousness aside, how on earth could these talking heads completely dismiss Syd just because she had not run in Rome? In my time of watching women compete in this sport, Syd is unquestionably the most exciting young performer I've witnessed. And she is just getting started. She will be to women's track what Tiger Woods was to golf. Go Syd.
