The price right now is $64.99. That's fine. What I'm asking is; is the service worth my time? Is it good coverage? Is it glitchy, or will I have no problem watching it? Will the service travel with me (for instance, over seas?) Do I also have to have a cable TV sub to get certain events a la the Premier League package? Thanks!

You won't be able to watch from overseas, as far as I know, but I have found it well worth the investment.

You don't need a cable package, just internet access.

I am in So Cal...Cox cable for internet (if that matters)..when I go to watchathletics.com there are tabs for 5 streams ...when I click on each one a notice comes up saying not available in your area, your country, outside of Norway, outside of Italy, video not available.

I sometimes use this for smaller meets and some streams work fine via use of a VPN. I live overseas now so I am able to watch the DL meets for free via IAAF's YouTube page. If it wasnt for me moving, I would have likely invested in the sports gold package.

I found NBC Gold a bit glitchy to get up and running at times last year, but by using Chrome I now get far better performance than from Safari or Firefox (on a Mac).

    well worth every penny
