    There goes the 400. I figured Norman would run faster than he did at the Mt. SAC Relays in Torrance last month, but that will be tough with 17 mph wind (much less rain and 53F).

    The PVers are going to have it even tougher. No wonder everyone entered the competition at the opening height in these conditions.

    Norman wins in 44.53. Not bad for those conditions. Maybe one full second slower than normal.
