Well past the statute of limitations - but that doesn't always matter to WADA

While I won't be reading Odom's book, I might if he a. described the sign/switch of his ACT, b. how he scheduled another standardized test but ended up in Las Vegas on the day,c. conspired with the NCAA to smoke the redoubtable UNLV with violations.

Not interested in his ho's , viagras, drugs, packages of candy...

Statutes of limitations vary between jurisdictions and don't exist at all in some places.

But WADA, which is theoretically in charge of this, does have a statute of limitations - now 10 years, used to be 8

But does that apply in this instance which I would have thought comes under misconduct?

Sort of what I meant in the original post. WADA has bypassed the statutes several times in the past when they wish to.
