    But at their peaks I believe they were equally dominant sprinters...
    All while Lewis was the best long jumper ever : )

    Perhaps if you're talking about relay anchor legs. In the individual 100 or 200, CL was nowhere near being as consistently dominant as UB.

    Actually, Lewis has more #1 rankings than Bolt (6 vs 5) and a longer streak at #1 than Bolt (5 in a row for Lewis vs 2 in a row for Bolt).

    In the 100 they had similar careers but Bolt had a better 200 career.

    No athlete has to worry about that, but some chose to do so anyway. Would Caterine Ibarguen not be the best triple jumper in the world if she didn't work the crowd?
