I was wondering why the Swiss court chose to use a Chinese domain (ww.bger.ch) for their web site ... then I looked up the list of country domains and found that ".ch" is for Switzerland, ".cn" is for China.

Why "ch", I wondered? I then learned that it stands for Confoederatio Helvetica, the name they call themselves, which is stamped on their coins.

Worded so as to make it sound like someone is denying them the opportunity to be who they want to be. But you can't be 46 XY DSD and run against females without incurring an unfair advantage. Not being able to race females doesn't impede anyone's ability to live their life as transgender.

People often ask me, they say : "we are outraged that the IAAF has changed its mind again about whether this woman is a woman for athletic competition purposes"

user4 tells them, I dont blame you for being outraged, how can someone change their minds about what gender someone is. Only the athlete can make that decision and once they make it you and the IAAF have to accept it .. until the athlete changes their mind.

I did read one article where the heptathlon was specifically mentioned as not allowed just for that reason. Only one article out of dozens I've read.

Exactly. I cannot comprehend this mindset.
Ridiculous example: I was a good but not great college T&F athlete. My PBs in my 1950s prime were better than every women's WR in LJ, HJ, JT and every distance from 60 yards thru 3 miles.
If I had only had the foresight to declare myself female, I could have been famous.
