After reading the report I'm amazed any meet would sign Semenya to run....or any woman would run against Semenya...did Tom Jordan even read the report?

This is a little out of context. Vazel is trying to discredit Bermon, a key IAAF witness, hoping the hearsay quote shows Bermon is being ridiculous.
Your next post shows that the IAAF really does hold the position Bermon reportedly expressed. I don't find the quote ridiculous at all, and I don't think CAS did. I believe Semenya could credibly compete, but not win championships or be in the top 100, as a NCAA Division I male - and could beat Kratochvilova if desired.

Only recently I became aware of other things Bermon has said, and they were so distasteful that I wouldn't care what he says about anything. Extremely sexist and bigoted.

I suppose that is a separate issue from whether he's qualified to make scientific observations for the IAAF, but it's not like being a sleazeball makes for good public representation for an employer.

Not all TNormals are the same either.

The Pre Classic is a Nike meet and Semenya is a Nike athlete. Need I say more?

That could be...but his testimony is pretty straightforward...

I presume there are lots of Nike athletes not running Pre...

Before letting Semenya in seemed justifiable....but at this point you have your head in the sand to let Semenya compete....appeal or not...

If Nike wants them to run Pre, they're VERY likely to be running Pre.

Of course...and disgraceful on Nike's part.... but I doubt anyone at Nike, with a say in this, even read the report...

Fwiw, before I was rather indifferent to Semenya competing.....but after reading this thing, it's rather devastating to Semenya's case....
