Lisa Adams is Valerie’s younger sister. She suffers from left side paralysis - a form of cerebral palsy, I believe. She has been throwing now for 12 months, coach by older sister.

Prediction 2020. Valerie and Lisa to both get gold in Tokyo.

Chase Ealy probably disappointingly happy. She had at least 2 warmup throws well beyond 18; best about 19.50.

World junior champion progressing nicely with her big PB.

Men’s competition disappointing. Bukiwuecki, Walsh and Gill all had several warm up throws beyond 21. Bukowiecki looked the best though.
