    New 400m star Amina Seyni continued working on her speed and made her debut over 100m, running two Niger NRs, an 11.67 heat and 11.51 final.

    She now holds the Niger records over 100m 11.51, 200m 22.89 and 400m 49.19.

    89.17 NR for Edis Matusevičius at the Lithuanian NCs.

    Moves to #3 this year (behind Kirt and Hofmann) and #22 all-time.

    I was looking through my Instagram and saw the Travyon Brommell's posts.

    He just graduated from a Master in Business and seems to be starting his own business. Good to see him doing well off-track.

    His train came and went. Too bad he turned into a quitter midway through is career. That mental frailty wasn't there when he was a younger.

    He's got three legal 10.00's. Odds are, if you knew those times to the thousandth, they'd be sub-10 too!

    By the very definition of the way we round up sprint times yeah, there is like a 999 out of 1000 chance they are sub 10.
