    2. what about 110m? Well, that's the same but a neater conversion, 120 yards = 109.728m. Let's just call that 110 shall we?
Also note that they retained the spacing at 15 yards (13.72m) to the first hurdle, 10 yards (9.14m) between hurdles, and tweaked the runout by about a foot to make the event "metric".

yawn.... oh excuse me... it was a big, late, night of athletics..

I think Diamond's still on for a 7300 2019 best as his throws in NC were below par.

Morgan Mitchell was fortunate to get out of being badly boxed in - guess she still has her 'L' plates on in the 800. Looking forward to seeing what Cat can do tonight though the Ugandan and her Semenya-style finish will be a danger.

At about the half-way mark I was worried Bella O'Grady was going to commit a lane infringement - a DQ after a huge 1/2 second PB would've sucked.

ETA - I see Damien Birkinhead managed to get one out over 20m in Melbourne on Sunday (20.33m).

Barber now only has 14 Spotakova throws to pass, with a range of ~4.5m.

And only two throws of Kathryn Mitchell on the Australia list, range ~1.2m.

Against the 11 performers ahead of her on the total world list, she is at =64th in peformances.
