nominations for greatest ledzed cut ever?

For many a year for me it was the obvious Stairway To Heaven, but of late I go for When The Levee Breaks.

Good times bad times, Kashmir though as a single pick I'd take The song remains the same (the song from the concert film of the same name).

I'm kinda liking Kashmir. And from their early bluesy period, I like The Lemon Song. Wish I had seen them in concert. I was a little late to the party. They came to Louisville in 1977, 9th grade. I looked for a ticket at the last minute and found one for $40, which was more than I wanted to spend then.

Kashmir and When the Levee Breaks are always at the top of this list for me; and right now Ramble On is up there too.

    "Kashmir" is my phone ringer.

"Going to California" is a Zeppelin tune that I can never get enough of other than some of the usual nominations.

Four of us land-based sailors driving way too fast on a country road in upstate NY in the middle of the night after shift in a muscle car with the 8-track cranked full volume with a reverb in the back and Whole Lotta Love cleansing our ear drums left to right and back again. Incomparable. [Wow, that was a long sentence without a verb.]

I always liked Black Dog. That had to be about impossible for cover bands to perform.

Where to start? As well as the more obvious Stairway, Kashmir and Whole Lotta Love there are tracks like When the Levee Breaks, Black Dog, Dazed and Confused, Since I've been Loving You, Immigrant Song etc etc. Although it is basically just an 11 minute jam session, I do really like In my Time of Dying from Physical Graffiti.
