Also, it's funny to see Kosovo referred to as 'another tiny country'. It may be relatively small, but it has a population about 2000 times that of the Vatican. In fact, plenty of countries smaller than that have been winning medals. The Bahamas have about 20% of Kosovo's population and we all know how much success they've had over the years.

The article mentioned the Vatican's goal of participating in an international competition I had not known previously, the Games of the Small States of Europe, the last edition of which was hosted by San Marino!

If you're asking whether a stadium would fit inside the Vatican - it would, many times over. In practice, finding free place to build one nowadays would be hard. But it's not much of an problem to find a place to train in Rome.
