Matthew Volkov, 14 YO son of former WR holder Konstantin Volkov, jumped 4.85 (15-11) this week. For comparison, Mondo's 14 YO PR was 15'7" (4.75ish). You can find video on Konstantin's Facebook page.

01-07-2019 09:15 PMVolkov broke the WR at an unofficial meet in 1981, it didn't get ratified. He set a couple of indoor world bests legitimately, but that was before those were official WRs.
