    Interesting...you've actually been there....and you came back....maybe there is hope....

    Btw if Brexit happens...Which is looking more likely.... what happens to the Brits...a triangular I suppose.

    I'm guessing the U.S. team may be fairly representative, given that majority of the squad won't likely have had meaningful competition in the 6 weeks since the USATF Championships.

    A lot could also depend on what kind of travel/training camp plans USATF has. Hopefully the Minsk team will simply stay somewhere in Europe/The Gulf in the almost 3 weeks between this meet and the start of the WC.

    The biggest factor, of course, when it comes to real stars, is whether or not the meet puts significant money in anybody's pocket.

    I recently saw a tv show where a German pop group spoke about their concert in China. One guy said they were really surprised and happy that 9000 people showed up, later they found out the crowd was told to come. Could be similar in Belarus, if Lukashenko wants them to show up, they won't have much of a choice.

    Great.... that's a way to get folks to go to a meet....shoot them if they don't... remind me why this thing is in Belarus...
