09-20-2019 09:03 PMhttps://sport.tvp.pl/43010060/marian...c-rekordyosted' this link refers to Rabstyn's at 1.21. Screen time shows 12.37 but i'm pretty sure this is the WR race. The commentary is in Polish, maybe somebody can translate to English.

09-21-2019 05:15 AMThe text attached to the video says that the story is about performances at the stadium, including the 12.36 WR and Marian Woronin's 9.992 almost sub-10.
Apparently the Skra Stadion was the first artificial surface in Poland and the Eastern Block, being laid in 1969.
Here is an article about the history of the venue and some background on the level of decay visible in the TV story.

10-13-2019 12:13 AMIf someone is interested in UNIQUE collections of athletics world records, please contact me: http://thegreatdistancerunners.de/
Regardless how long and how intensive someone has followed athletics, I'm absolutely sure there is a lot he or she has never seen before.
I also can offer VERY IMPRESSIVE DVD collections for some of the all-time greats in middle and long distance running. I'm planning to do this also for other great athletes like Edwin Moses, Evelyn Ashford, Heike Drechsler, Carl Lewis, Merlene Ottey...
If someone is interested, please contact me via my email-address at the bottom of my internet site.Last edited by said88; 10-16-2019 at 07:30 PM.
